That's a tough one especially on the work side of things. There are a large number of things I could do where I work, but should I do them? Without clear guidelines, I don't really feel like they fit in the scope of my job. Others might disagree though, so I think a lot of it is opinion and perception. I don't hesitate to take responsibility when I am wrong or I screw up though, which is probably more important than who should be the one to update the web page :)
