Why Can't I Sleep at Night?

Have you ever felt anxious before you go to sleep or have you felt that you don't sleep until everyone sleeps so that you can think that this matter is very disturbing in reality and I suffer from it a lot and this matter is repeated every night, so is this due to a problem? But in fact there is no organic problem and I do not drink coffee or stimulants before sleeping.

But I thought a lot and found that this time that I spend while I am lying on the bed and cannot sleep is due to thinking and this thinking I did not find many reasons for it, perhaps we all suffer from it, but the main reason that I found is present most of the time is fear.

It is not fear in the literal sense, no one is waiting for me at the door and I am not threatened, but it is fear of the future and fear of what I did in my day and fear also of what I did not do in my day, as we all suffer from a problem these days where we find that time is moving very quickly while you are almost fixed in your place and the matter is as if you are racing a train riding a bike or running on foot.

It is very worrying that I have accomplished little today and what will I do tomorrow and what will happen to me if some people abandon me and many questions that make it difficult to sleep and in fact I found that I wait for everyone to sleep because I cannot think about those things while people are around me because they seem somewhat illogical questions and in order for your mind to ask you them you must finish all your preoccupations because they are the least important to your subconscious mind.

The solution

For me, I found the solution in self-confidence as nothing changes anyone's mind or way of thinking except your confidence in yourself as I am not the indifferent type who leaves things to themselves but in order for me to stop those thoughts I must first trust myself and what I have done and in the beginning I must do and accomplish what I have to do every day and then be confident in myself and what I do.

The second thing that was reducing those things was to keep myself busy until the last moment of my day, then you put the phone aside and sleep like a dead person, like a farmer who works all day and wants to find a bed, not for those thoughts, but for sleeping. For me, I found Hive applications to be a good opportunity to do that through interaction and reading until I feel exhausted and sleep in the end.
