Mate, I noticed your absence. I figured you were doing something interesting. Im glad it is this. I started with the lifting again after about ... too long, and am now 14 months back into it.

I have thr same reasons. Don't use it, lose it. I want to climb stairs when Im old. Beyond that, I want to be old but still behave like a child.

I genuinely wish you all the very best on this new lifestyle.

Wow my heart is thoroughly warmed! Although hopefully not too much or my smart ring might start warning me to chill out.

14 months in is super dedication in my mind but I can definitely get myself there. The problem is as I keep piling on weights it starts to get dangerous to do at home without the right gear. I might have to swallow my pride and pay up for gym membership eventually... or move to a bigger place.

Do you log your progress or just keep it going indefinitely?
