Me and mine went to an old fave of ours tonight. Simple chicken stock cut/cleaned. Cooked in a fry pan with poultry seasoning, garlic, and celery salt. Once cooked marinated and simmered for 10-15 covered with Italian dressing. Then simple boiled noodles. Plain but always sooo goood... Sometimes rice, sometimes potatoes. Always a good light meal.

That sounds nice, although I don't eat chickens, they're too cute to eat.
