I find it a bit funny that I don't consider that food as too much, maybe even less than my regular servings. There is a lot of protein and barely any carbs, so it looks very healthy. I'm not defending Mcdonalds, but high end restaurants aren't that healthy too. They use a lot of butter most of the time, which is also unhealthy. I think the best and healthiest food is the one you are making yourself. You know what is in there, and you can control everything.

I've never over eaten I suppose, it doesn't make me feel good and I like to look after my figure and general health as well. We cook mostly our own food so we know what's in it rather than eating out a lot for the very reasons you mention, although we never eat at places like McDonalds...it's absolute garbage.
