That was a great family outing and I think by the shining face of Smallsteps she had a wonderful time. I mean, who wouldn't with grilled corn on the cob and sausages and cakes of all sorts. It made me happy just seeing the pictures and reading about it!

        Hopefully she can hold onto the enjoyment of simple things for a bit longer. I think that if we keep her away from the digital world for a while more, it s possible :)
