Llego octubre y luego de estar en Colombia es inevitable no tener presente la temporada de Hallowen, me encanta resaltar la creativa y las ideas que en ese día resaltan, y aunque en Venezuela no era un motivo de celebración ni mucho menos de decorar, últimamente esta presente no en todas sus costumbre, pero algunas tiendas decoran y comienzan a vender productos alusivos a esta temporada. Y para resaltar eso, decidí realizar un colgante decorativo alusivo a Hallowen, sin más a que hacer referencia…

October is here and after being in Colombia it is inevitable not to have present the Hallowen season, I love to highlight the creative and ideas that stand out on that day, and although in Venezuela it was not a reason to celebrate and much less to decorate, lately it is present not in all its customs, but some stores decorate and begin to sell products allusive to this season. And to highlight that, I decided to make a decorative pendant allusive to Hallowen, without more to make reference to...

¿Cuál es el proceso?/ What is the process?⬇️
👻 Paso 1 / Step1
Lo primero que hice fue dibujar un fantasma y una flecha en hoja de reciclable, seguidamente recorte para utilizar el molde y así transferirlo en el material a utilizar, que en este caso utilizaré foami.
The first thing I did was to draw a ghost and an arrow on a recyclable sheet, then I cut it out to use the mold and transfer it to the material to be used, which in this case I will use foami.
👻 Paso 2 / Step 2
La flecha la realice en foami escarchado color negro, hice cinco del mismo tamaño, el diseño lo realice en la forma contaría del foami para no dañar la escarcha y recorte lo más recto que pude y así tener un mejor acabado. Posteriormente en un grosor mas fino recorte dos tiras del mismo color, luego ordene las flechas y pegue ambas tiras una arriba y la otra abajo para así lograr la forma de una cerca.
The arrow was made in black frosted foami, I made five of the same size, the design was made in the shape of the foami to avoid damaging the frost and cut as straight as I could and thus have a better finish. Later in a thinner thickness I cut two strips of the same color, then I ordered the arrows and glued both strips one on top and the other below to achieve the shape of a fence.

👻 Paso 3 / Step 3
Para el fantasma utilice cartulina blanca de igual forma transferir el molde hasta la misma y con ayuda de un cortaexacto realice los ojos y boca del fantasma, luego lo pegue en la cerca que había hecho anteriormente.
For the ghost use white cardboard in the same way transfer the mold to the same and with the help of a cutter make the eyes and mouth of the ghost, then paste it on the fence that had been made previously.

👻 Paso 4 / Step 4
En foami color beige realice tres pequeños cuadros y en ellos escribí cada letra hasta completar la palabra BOO en marcador negro, luego los bordes les realice delineados en color marrón y en el fantasma color amarillo, estos cuadros también los pegue en la cerca al lado del fantasma.
In beige foami I made three small squares and in them I wrote each letter to complete the word BOO in black marker, then I outlined the edges in brown and in the ghost in yellow, these squares I also glued them on the fence next to the ghost.

👻 Paso 5 / Step 5
Como último detalle pegue la tira de la cual iba a colgar, y en ella utilice un trozo de mecatillo de yute y pegue de un extremo a otro por la parte de a tras de la cerca, la reforcé con foami y deje secar muy bien.
As a last detail I glued the strip from which it was going to hang, and on it I used a piece of jute rope and glued from one end to the other on the back of the fence, I reinforced it with foami and let it dry very well.

It is an idea with simple and easy to make materials, this decoration is perfect to hang on walls, doors or special corners. An idea between the spooky and the tender of the ghost, giving an incredible touch to every space. I hope you liked it as much as I did.
