Mi apreciada comunidad de @Holos-Lotus me siento inmensamente feliz de poder ser parte de esta celebración tan especial, el poder encontrar la comodidad en una comunidad no es algo sencillo y son 3 grandiosos años donde continuamente he ido sumando mi granito de arena a este ecosistema de Hive.
Son tantas las iniciativas a las que me he sumado y el soporte que he recibido que definitivamente no tengo palabras de agradecimiento para ustedes, pero como todos somos parte de la colmena y necesitamos innovar quiero aprovechar esta ventana para compartir algunas estrategias a fin de ampliar la visión holística de todos los miembros.
En cuanto a proponer algunas acciones que se puedan desarrollar dentro de la comunidad, tengo algunas sugerencias que desde mi perspectiva pueden ser de gran impacto en la comunidad
1. Espacios de Networking: cada cierto tiempo se puede proponer una temática relacionada con una profesión, un arte o cualquier otra habilidad y talento de nuestros participantes. Es una manera increíble de compartir ideas y estrategias de trabajo, tiene muchos beneficios y posterior a ello se puede hacer actividades por discord donde un especialista de la temática comparta su experiencia y nos retroalimentamos todos los interesados.
2. Establecer un calendario para cumplir con retos de crecimiento personal, una de las actividades que siempre me ha apasionado de esta comunidad es la estimulación a leer libros con un mensaje que te hablé de manera particular a tu vida, me gustaría que se retomará está actividad, extraño los club de lectura.
Del mismo modo, tengo una nueva sugerencia el compartir nuestras metas a corto y mediano plazo (proyectos de vida) y hacer un seguimiento continuo de ellos mediante nuestras publicaciones, esto nos permite estar enfocados y centrar nuestra atención en los objetivos que queremos alcanzar, nos permite compartir nuestras vivencias y al mismo tiempo incentivar a otros a que no se queden en procrastinar y accionar en el instante idóneo.
3. Programas de asesorías cruzadas: he podido evidenciar que el discord de Holos-Lotus está en reposo por estos momentos, esta es una comunidad que fomenta el bienestar y crecimiento integral y seria genial poder realizar actividades en vivo donde uno o varios especialistas de un área en específica, de manera estructurada nos proporcionen orientaciones, a mi parecer es una manera sencilla y divertida de estrechar lazos, crear nuevas conexiones, compartir ideas y apoyarnos de manera constructiva.
Sin darme cuenta he abordado parte de la segunda interrogante, así que para no extenderme mucho pasare al siguiente apartado, la cual es la base de toda comunidad el fortalecimiento de los lazos entre los miembros que hacen vida en la misma.
La ejecución de eventos sociales informales, aunque soy consciente que de manera indirecta es algo que ya se viene poniendo en práctica, hace falta delegar a otros responsables en diferentes ciudades o países, recordemos que Hive está conformado por miembros de diferentes lugares y que es más factible que estos eventos se desarrollen en tu lugar de origen que en lugares aledaños por cuestión de economía y tiempo, no necesariamente debe ser algo extravagante, el simple hecho de compartir un espacio amenos con una bebida básica como el café o la de tu preferencia hace un ambiente ideal para fortalecer esos lazos virtuales que hemos venido forjando con el pasar de los años.
Habilitar un espacio de reconocimiento y agradecimiento individual y colectivo, continuando con el mismo hilo de ideas con relación a compartir nuestros proyectos personales, otra manera de fortalecer esta iniciativa es realizando un reconocimiento público o premiación virtual por la consolidación de esos proyectos propuestos, el que todos los lectores puedan compartir las alegrías de los miembros y brindarle sus palabras de elogios y gratitud hace del espacio un regocijo emocional, lo cual fomenta el respeto y el optimismo en cada uno de nosotros.
De esta manera concluyo mi aporte en esta pequeña ventana de oportunidades dentro de esta gran comunidad de @Holos-Lotus, quien me ha enriquecido intelectualmente y al mismo tiempo fortalecido mi identidad personal y emocional, infinitamente gracias a cada uno de los diferentes columnistas por todo lo enseñado y de ante mano por los aprendizajes venideros.

My appreciated community of @Holos-Lotus I feel immensely happy to be part of this special celebration, being able to find comfort in a community is not something simple and these are 3 great years where I have been continuously adding my grain of sand to this Hive ecosystem.
There are so many initiatives that I have joined and the support I have received that I definitely have no words of thanks for you, but as we are all part of the hive and we need to innovate I want to take this window to share some strategies to expand the holistic vision of all members.
As for proposing some actions that can be developed within the community, I have some suggestions that from my perspective can have a great impact on the community
1.Networking Spaces: every so often we can propose a theme related to a profession, an art or any other skill and talent of our participants. It is an incredible way to share ideas and work strategies, it has many benefits and after that you can do activities by discord where a specialist of the topic shares his experience and we all get feedback from those interested.
2. Establish a calendar to meet personal growth challenges, one of the activities that I have always been passionate about in this community is the stimulation to read books with a message that spoke to you in a particular way to your life, I would like to resume this activity, I miss the book clubs.
In the same way, I have a new suggestion to share our short and medium term goals (life projects) and make a continuous monitoring of them through our publications, this allows us to be focused and focus our attention on the goals we want to achieve, it allows us to share our experiences and at the same time encourage others not to procrastinate and act at the right time.
3. Cross-counseling programs: I have seen that the Holos-Lotus discord is at rest at the moment, this is a community that promotes well-being and integral growth and it would be great to carry out live activities where one or more specialists in a specific area, in a structured way provide us with guidance, in my opinion it is a simple and fun way to strengthen ties, create new connections, share ideas and support each other in a constructive way.
Without realizing it, I have addressed part of the second question, so I will move on to the next section, which is the basis of any community, the strengthening of ties between the members that make life in it.
The execution of informal social events, although I am aware that in an indirect way is something that is already being put into practice, it is necessary to delegate to others responsible in different cities or countries, remember that Hive is made up of members from different places and it is more feasible that these events take place in your place of origin than in neighboring places for reasons of economy and time, It does not necessarily have to be something extravagant, the simple fact of sharing a pleasant space with a basic beverage such as coffee or the one of your preference makes an ideal environment to strengthen those virtual bonds that we have been forging over the years.
Enabling a space for individual and collective recognition and gratitude, continuing with the same thread of ideas in relation to sharing our personal projects, another way to strengthen this initiative is to make a public recognition or virtual award for the consolidation of these proposed projects, the fact that all readers can share the joys of the members and give their words of praise and gratitude makes the space an emotional rejoicing, which fosters respect and optimism in each of us.
In this way I conclude my contribution in this small window of opportunity within this great community of #Holos-Lotus, who has enriched me intellectually and at the same time strengthened my personal and emotional identity, infinite thanks to each of the different columnists for everything taught and in advance for the learning to come.
