Hola a todos, referente al ttulo de esta publicacion amigos,- asado para no olvidar- es porque hoy es domingo, entonces es por eso, asi que amigos poco o mucho el asado es para compartir con nuestra familia, hablando de asado el mismo consiste en morcilla vasca, carne de cerdo y carne de res, hoy es sin chorizo y sin pollo, como lo suelo hacer en otras ocaciones.

Lo principal es estar y compartir, asi que para mi cocinar un asado, no importa en donde este, tampoco la circunstancia y la comodidad, porque para ello lo principal es encender el fuego, se hase la brasa, se agrega la parrilla y listo.

Todos los obstaculos dejan de serlo si cuando vamos a preparar una comida hasi y lo hacemos con mucho amor, la misma sale siempre para mi gusto excelente y sin decir mas, muy sabrosa jajajaja.

Al estar cocinada de un lado la damos vuelta a la carne, para que se termine de cocinar, el tema es no abusar con las brasas, si agregamos menos brasas, bajamos la parrilla, asi se van cocinando lentamente y muy bien.

Siempre tenemos la ensalada, que es primordial la misma para acompañar la carne asado, la cual en esta ocacion la misma contiene, lechuga y tomate cortado en trozos pequeños.

Hello everyone, regarding the title of this post, “Asado to Remember,” it’s because today is Sunday, so that’s why. Friends, whether it’s a little or a lot, an asado is meant to be shared with our family. Speaking of asado, it consists of Basque blood sausage, pork, and beef; today there’s no chorizo or chicken, as I usually include on other occasions.

The main thing is to be together and share, so for me, cooking an asado—no matter where I am, the circumstances, or the level of comfort—is all about lighting the fire, making the embers, putting on the grill, and that’s it.

All obstacles cease to be obstacles when we prepare a meal like this with lots of love; it always turns out excellent to my taste, and, without further ado, very tasty, haha.

Once it’s cooked on one side, we flip the meat over so it finishes cooking. The key is not to overdo the coals; if we use fewer coals and lower the grill, the meat will cook slowly and perfectly.

We always have the salad, which is essential to accompany the grilled meat, and this time it contains lettuce and tomato cut into small pieces.
