Hola a todos, la verdad amigos es de estrañarce la carne de res cuando llega el dia domingo, como lo que me paso, bueno, lo que pasa es que este que paso concidere mas importante disfrutar un poco de las nuevas novedades de flores en mi jardin, como lo han podido leer en mi post, las cuales son las nuevas adquisiciones y que son unas maravillas, bueno referente a la comida, para este almuerzo prepare unos churrascos de carne de res, cortados bien finos, porque de esa manera son mas faciles de cocinar, acompañados con fideo, los cuales los tenia frizados, al llevarlos al microhondas quedan como se ve en esta fotografia.

La verdad que ni siquiera pierden el gusto, ademas le agregue un poco de queso rallado para darle mas sabor, luego de revolverlos muy despacio para que no se hagan un masacote y asi poder acompañar la carne de res.

Hablando de carne de res la misma se trata de churrascos de cuadril, cortados muy finos, como bien dije es mas facil de cocinarlos, porque es darle vuelta y vuelta, de esa forma salen mas jugosos y con el fideo sale todomuy sabroso.

Hello everyone, the truth is, friends, it's hard to miss beef when Sunday comes, like what happened to me. Well, what happened is that this time I considered it more important to enjoy a bit of the new flower updates in my garden, as you might have read in my post, which are the new acquisitions and they are wonderful. Well, regarding the food, for this lunch I prepared some beef steaks, cut very thin, because that way they are easier to cook, accompanied with noodles, which I had frozen, and when heated in the microwave, they turn out as seen in this photograph.

The truth is they don't even lose their flavor, plus I added a bit of grated cheese to give it more taste, then I stirred them very slowly so they wouldn't turn into a mush and could accompany the beef.

Speaking of beef, it consists of very thinly sliced flank steaks, as I mentioned, it's easier to cook them because you just flip them over, that way they come out juicier, and with the noodles, everything turns out very tasty.
