Hola a todos, la verdad amigos el dia de ayer domingo, por ser fin de semana, surgio un imprevisto, que la verdad se me hizo imposible poder realizar mi post, como lo hago de costumbre, pero como bien saben apenas tengo la oportunidad ya estoy con ustedes, por ejemplo compartiendo este sabroso asado, el cual consiste en costilla de carne de res, la cual es solamente esto que cocine para el almuerzo, como bien saben lo primero es encender el carbon con leños, cuando ya esta la brasa al rojo vivi, es cuando agrego la parrilla y sobre esta la catne antes mencionada, la cual una ves que la di vuelta para que se terminara de cocinar, quedando excelente.

Siempre cuando de asado se trata lo mejor es acompañarlo con ensalada como lo es en esta ocacion, la cual contiene lechuga, tomate, condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, una ves bien mesclada ya esta lista para acompañar el asado.

Como lo he manifestado en otroas publicaciones amigos, para degustar un sabroso asado, lo podemos cocinar no importa el dia, lo que si importa es compartir y que el mismo salga bien sabroso, jajajaja.
