Hola a todos, que sea un excelente domingo para todas las familias de esta bella comunidad, por supuesto teniendo en cuenta que tambien soy un integrante mas de la misma y concidero que los fines de semana mas presisamente el domingo es especial, porque es cuando las familias se iuntegran mas por el hecho de que es un dia de descanso y tambien para realizar nuestros sueños, romper la rutina de los dias de semana y como bien dije amigos, COMPARTIR EN FAMILIA.
Si es algo que me dejaron de herencia mis padres es la union de la familia, de esa manera cada generacion lo pone en practica y asi la misma sigue unida mas cuando se preparar para el almuerzo en este dia de un buen asado, con ensaladas.
Si hablamos de asado el mismo esta compuesto por tiras de asado de carne de cerdo, de carne de res, morcilla, chorizos caseros y de carne de cerdo, en como se ve en esta fotografia el asado se cocina lentamente con la cantidad justa de brasas, las cuales son de carbon mineral y leños.
Por supuesto que para que dicho asado salga mas sabroso, como lo pueden notar estoy a la expectativa y expectante del mismo, por eso amigos es importante de no cortar la carne cuando se esta cocinando, es para que no se pierda el jugo y cuando se cocina de un lado la doy vuelta para que se termine de cocinar.
Bueno amigos teniendo en cuenta que dicho asado ya casi esta cocinado, lo bueno es preparar la ensalada para acompañarlo, siendo la misma de aguacate o palta sola, con cebolla de verdeo y tambien otra con tomate, cebolla de verdeo y cebolla cortada en daditos, todo condimentado con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.
Asi que teniendo en cuenta la union de la familia y al mismo tiempo a encintrarnos distendidos, es muy bueno compartir un almuerz todos juntos.

If we talk about asado it is composed of strips of roast pork, beef, blood sausage, homemade sausages and pork, as seen in this picture the roast is cooked slowly with just the right amount of embers, which are of charcoal and firewood.
Of course, in order to make the roast tastier, as you may notice, I am expecting and waiting for it, that's why my friends it is important not to cut the meat when it is cooking, so that the juices are not lost and when it is cooked on one side I turn it over so that it finishes cooking.
Well friends taking into account that the roast is almost cooked, the good thing is to prepare the salad to accompany it, being the same of avocado or avocado alone, with green onion and also another with tomato, green onion and diced onion, all seasoned with olive oil and salt to taste.
So keeping in mind the family togetherness and at the same time to find ourselves relaxed, it is very good to share a lunch all together.
