Hola a todos, siempre que comento referente a hamburguesas caseras, las mismas en esta ocacion se trata de hamburguesa de lentejas, las cualeds son muy facil de prepararlas, primero es herbir la lenteja, una ves fria, lo pisamos como para pure, le agregamos zanahoria rallada, cebolla, huevo y pan rallado, elaboramos una masa para luego darle forma a dicha hamburguesa, las cuales las cosinamos al horno donde las mismas salen muy bien.
Para acompañarlas, lo hacemos con verduras hervidas las cuales en esta ocacion se trata de, batata, papa, zapallo y zanahoria, cortados en trozos no muy pequeños, por el hecho de que si alguno de los comensales queiren pure lo pueden hacer, agregando un poco de aceite y listo.
La verdad es una de las comidas mas facil de prepararlas y aparte de tofo eso es que las mismas salen muy sabrosas.
