Hola a todos, la verdad que comensar la semana, utilizando soja texturizada, con la que elaboramos dicha milanesa la cual se prepara de la siguiente manera, en un volts agregamos huevo, sal, pimienta, cebolla de verdeo, batimos bien todo, luego agregamos la carne texturizada, mas bien casi seco todo, para darle la forma a dicha milanesa, para luego quitarla de ahi pasarla por el pan rallado, donde se la apelmasa bien dos veces, despues la agregamos en un molde al que le agregamos un poco de mantequilla, quedando como se ve en la fotografia, la verdad amigos es muy bueno, por lo menos me agrada acerlo, luego para preparar el arroz, lo hacemos de la siguiente ,manera, agregamos una olla en la hornalla de la cocina con agua caliente, luego dicho arroz y cuando el mismo esta blando es porque esta cocinado, le quitamos el agua y listo, le agregamos queso crema como lo vemos y listo.

El tema de la ensalada es mucho mejor amigos, cortamos el aguacate o palta, la remolacha y el tomate en trozos pequeños, un poco de zanahoria rallada y para condimentar le egregamos aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, mesclamos muy todo y listo para degustarla.

Hello everyone, to be honest, starting the week by using textured soy, with which we make this milanesa, is prepared as follows: in a bowl, we add egg, salt, pepper, green onion, beat everything well, then add the textured meat, almost dry, to give the milanesa its shape, then take it out and pass it thru the breadcrumbs, where we press it well twice, then we add it to a mold to which we add a bit of butter, looking like in the picture, honestly friends, it's very good, at least I enjoy making it. Then, to prepare the rice, we do it as follows: we put a pot on the stove with hot water, then add the rice, and when it is soft, it means it's cooked, we remove the water and that's it, we add cream cheese as we see and that's it.

The salad topic is much better, friends. We cut the avocado, beet, and tomato into small pieces, add a bit of grated carrot, and to season, we add olive oil and salt to taste, mix everything well, and it's ready to enjoy.
