Hola a todos, como siempre amigos a la expectativa en que voy a cocinar ara el almuerzo, entonces como tenia justo los ingredientes para preparar una comida, la cual es muy sabrosa como lo es el strogonoff, que se prepara de la siguiente manera, agregamos la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le agregamos un poco de aceite, luego la cebolla,morron o locote, ajo a gusto, como tambien la sal, y luego el pollo cortado en trozos muy pequeños.
Como bien les comente amigos, al agregar la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, luego las verduras antes mencionadas, se la revuelve bien para que se cocine uniformemente.
Tambien por supuesto el pollo, el cual lo tenemos que dejar que el mismo se dore un poco, para despues seguir cocinando todo, y a lo ultimo despues de tener todo junto la verdura con el pollo, le agregamos la crema de leche, revolvemos todo muy despacio y ya esta.
Lo siguiente es cocinar el fideo, el cual lo hago de la siguiente manera, agrego la olla en la hornalla de la cocina le agrego agua caliente y cuando la misma hierve le agrego el fideo, en este caso el mismo es fideo moñito, cuando esta cocinado, le quit el agua y asi lo degustamos con la salsa strogonoff.
Asi de esta manera amigos prepare esta sabrosa comida, la cual la verdad salio excelente, porque no quedo nada jajaja.
