Hola a todos, a veces es bueno romper la rutina, bueno tambien la tradicion, con esto les quiero decir, que no solamente los domingos se puede degustar un sabroso asado, tambien en este dia tan especial, porque es cuando se reunen la familia, cambiar un poco el almuerzo, por eso este domingo, fideo con queso, pollo trozado y ensalada.
Para empesar lo hacemos con el pollo el cual una ves que esta hervido lo dejamos que se enfrie y procedemos a trozarlo, despues colocamos la olla en la cocina con agua caliente, cuando hierve le agregamos un poco de aceite y luego el fideo, es para que el mismo no se pegue, cuando esta cocinado, lo colamos, le agregamos el queso y en una fuente como la que vemos, agregamos el fideo, la carne de pollo trozada y arvejas, le agregamos sal a gusto, aceite de oliva y mesclamos bien todo, quedando como se ve en la foto.
Para lña ensalada, tomamos un volts, le agregamos el aguacate o palta cortada en trozos pequeños, tomate, cebolla bien lavada, un poco de limon y sal a gusto, luego mesclamos bien todo y lista para degustarla.
Es por eso que me refiero a un almuerzo diferente, pero el mismo no deja de ser una excelente comida y muy sabrosa.
