ASADO DE DOMINGO, CON ZAPALLO HERVIDO-----Sunday roast, with boiled squash

Buenos dias a todos, como bien les comente amigos que los fines de semana los concidero muy especial, por el hecho de que son dias de descanso, entonces que mejor que degustar un buen asado el cual como se ve en la fotografia consiste en, carne de res costilla, chinchulin y riñon.

Teniendo en cuenta que el asado se ve muy rico como bien lo dije, lo acompaño con zapallo, el cual una ves cortado y pelado lo agrego en la olla con agua para hervirlo, de esa manera queda muy rico con la carne.

Es una manera de degustar un asado, lo mas livianito posible, solamente que tenemos el chinchulin, pero de ves en cuando un permitido no hace mal.

Good morning everyone, as I mentioned to you, friends, I consider weekends very special because they’re days of rest, so what better way to enjoy them than with a good barbecue, which, as you can see in the photo, consists of beef ribs, chinchulín, and kidney.

Considering that the roast looks very delicious, as I said, I serve it with squash, which, once cut and peeled, I add to a pot of water to boil it; that way it tastes great with the meat.

It’s a way to enjoy a barbecue, as light as possible—except we have chinchulines, but every now and then a little indulgence doesn’t hurt.
