Buenos dias a todos, la verdad amigos cuando no tenemos idea de lo que vamos a cocinar para el almuerzo, pero de repente se nos viene una idea, con lo que tenemos a mano, por ejemplo este caldo el cual se prepara de la siguiente, colocamos la olla en la cocina, le vertemos un poco de aceite, luego le agregamos cebolla, ajo, despues agua caliente y ahi, le agregamos frigoles, un poco de fideo, papa, cebolla de verdeo y sal a gusto, le agregamos mas agua y un caldo de gallina.
Cuando notamos que los frigoles y el fideo ya estan cocinado, le agregamos huvos a gusto y dejamos que se cocinen con el caldo, quedando luego cuando nos servimos como se ve en la fotografia, la verdad muy rico.
