COMENZANDO LA SEMANA CON ÑOQUIS CON ESTOFADO DE CARNE DE RES-----STARTING THE WEEK WITH GNOCCHI WITH BEEF STEW

Buenos dias a todos, esta ves luego de haber pasado un hermoso fin de semana con la familia, nuevamente estamos al comienzo de otra semana o sea lunes y con lo dice el dia lunes, que mejor que preparar para el almuerzo unos ricos ñoquis de papa, con estofado de carne de res, la verdad hacia mucho tiempo que no compartiamos esta comida, asi que manos a la obra.

Para preparar el ñoqui lo primero es hervir bien la papa, luago pisarla,le agregamos sal a gusto, huevo y harina, vamos amasando hasta que dicha masa tome consistencia, luego cortamos en trozos, estiramos la masa y vamos cortando lo que se ve como ñoqui, en otra olla preparamos el estofado con carne de res, agregando un poco de aceite, luego la cebolla, sal a gusto la cerne de res, dejamos que se dore un poco, le agregamos agua caliente, tomate bien maduro y triturado, luego zanahoria, papa y especias varias, revolvemos un poco y dejamos que se cocine bien, para luego al servirmos queda como se ve en la foto.
