Buenos dias a todos los seguidores de esta grandiosa plataforma social de HIVE, en donde y en la medida que se pueda publicamos los temas que se nos viene para publicar, como por ejemplo y en este caso se trata de preparar la comida para el almuerzo, arroz, atun y ensalada, para preparar el arroz es de la siguiente manera, agregamos una olla en la hornalla de la cocina, con agua y cuando la misma hierve le agregamos el arroz y una ves cocinado le quitamos el agua y listo.
El atun bueno el mismo ya viene procesado, habrimos la lata y listo, para la ensalada cortamos el tomate, la remolacha y la lechuga, las cuales una ves cortadas la condimentamos con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.
