Buenos dias a todos, bueno en esta oportunidad ya les mando la mesa servida, pero les digo que para este almuerzo, como lo pueden notar en la primera bandeja, la cual contiene ollo alhorno con papas y batatas, el cual una ves bien condimentado se lo coloca en una bandeja, luego le agrego papas y batatas cortadas en julianas no muy finas y luego al horno, quedando una ves cocinado como se ve en la fotografia.
Lo mejor para esta ocacion es acompañar dicho pollo al horno con una ensalada mixta, la cual contiene, pepino cortada en julianas, repollo morado, tomate, lechuga y un poco de ajo, condimentado con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, la verdad salio todo muy rico.
