Buenos dias a todos, teniendo en cuenta que el invierno ya esta golpeando la puerta, es bueno porque con el frio carecemos de muchos insectos, como la mosca, el mosquito, etc. pero no solamente eso amigos si no que es bueno para degustar una rica sopa, como la que se ve en la fotografia, la cual se prepara de la siguiente manera, por ejemplo para esta sopa, coloque una olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le agregue agua caliente, luego le verti un poco de aceite, y sal a gusto, luego le agregue el zapallo, dejando que este se desintegrara, por eso ese color de la misma.
Luego agregue la zanahoria rallada, un poco de poroto manteca el cual lo tenia en agua desde el dia anterior, para finalmente agregarle un poco de queso fresco o queso blando, lo revolvi un poco y luego deje que se terminara de cocinar todo, la cual salio muy rica.
