Buenos dias a todos los componentes de HIVE, la verdad amigos que debido a las bajas temperaturas que se estan gestando en estos dias, lo agradable concidero en preparar para el almuerzo una rica sopa con carne res, (espinazo) para preparar la misma es de la siguiente manera, agrego la olla en la cocina, se le vierte un poco de aceite, luego cebolla y ajo bien picado, luego la carne de res antes mencionada, la dejo que se cocine un poco, luego al notar que la misma esta casi cocinada, le agrego agua caliente y revuelvo bien todo.
Luego comienzo a agregar las verduras, las cuales son, brocoli, papa, repollo, zanahoria, zapallito, zucchini y arriba de todo le agrego un oco de semillas varias, de esta manera salio dicha sopa como se ve en la fotografia.
