Buenos dias a todos, nuevamente comensando a bajar a guardia al regimen, venia bien, pero como dije en otras publicaciones, siempre tenemos un permitido, lo digo en este caso por el pan, pero como veran tiene bastante semillas y la hamburguesa propiamente dicha es de pescado de mar (merlusa), la verdad muy rica, su ingredientes son tomate, huevo revuelto y queso fresco o blando, nada de aderesos y sal a gusto.
Que mejor que para acompañar algo asi que con un poco de vino tinto malbec, media copita nada mas, es para hacer bajar dicha hamburguesa y por supuesto la saboreamos mucho mas, otro detalle al pan antes de armar todo esto lo lleve a la tostadora, asi que quedo un poco crocante.
La verdad amigos que el degustar algo asi, sabiendo lo que hacemos y como lo hacemos o sea muy personal, no como la que se compra en los locales comerciales, tampoco sabemos como la elaboran.
