VACIO AL HORNO CON ENSALADA RUSA----- BAKED COW WITH RUSSIAN SALAD

Buenos dias a todos los integrantes de esta plataforma manfica, que es HIVE, en la cual cada uno de nosotros dejamos un poquito de nuestro ser , al efectuar las publicaciones, las cuales en mi caso y en lo personal es una vivencia tanto mia como de mi familia, es por eso que siempre y en la medida que puedo los post son referente a comidas, como esta por ejemplo la cual aprovecho que es fin de semana y prepare un rico vacio de carne de res al horno, acompañado de una ensalada rusa, para preparar el vacio, el cual lo agrego en una bandeja, lo condimento muy bien y lo llevo al horno a 180 grados, quedando el mismo como se ve en la foto.

Una ves que dicho vacio esta cocinado, lo corto en porciones pequeñas como se ve en la foto, como el mismo es pequeño lo dejo en dicha fuente, asi se aprovecha bien el jugo de dicha carne.

Para la ensalada se hirve papa la cual ya la corto en daditos para que se cocine mejor, pogo tambien el huevo que hierva junto, cuando esta la paso por el colador, corto los huevo, tambien un poco de zanahoria, cebolla y mayonesa a gusto.

For the salad I boil the potato, which I cut into small cubes so that it cooks better, I also boil the egg, when it is boiled, I pass it through the strainer, I cut the eggs, also a little carrot, onion and mayonnaise to taste.
