Hi @vadesing, I haven't watched the whole videos, I confess. But that passion for what is well done reminds me of a Roman friend of mine, who doesn't eat pizza in Spain because she knows we don't know how to make it. I haven't heard her speak well of any Italian restaurant here either. You can tell that the world of pasta is a world of passionate people.
