Yes, I met him recently and before the hysperectomy I had a lot of problems going to the bathroom jajaja After my operation I was better but this kefir has helped me a lot. It has good probiotics that have helped me.

        For that I have been taking magnesium and fruits for 8 years and I have never had a problem... but if I know someone who has problems I will tell them. I love fruits!
