This is quite an exciting one for me as it's been a while since my last silver post.
Nothing has been catching my eye and at the moment and I sadly can't afford to buy more silver at these prices!
But I bring some cool new silver from The Royal Mint
The 2024 Four Nations UK 20z silver bullion coin and it looks pretty damn good.
Which is a great start towards the later end of this year as The Royal Mint I feel have been seriously lacking in some of their designs recently. Especially when compared to other mints such as
The Royal Canadian Mint who have been producing some really good quality stuff this year.
So here it is, an updated version of the 2016 last round pound and designed by Gregory Cameron. 4 heraldic animals signifying the 4 nations that make up the United Kingdom. The images look clear and very tidy with a small crown in the centre.
Sadly it is ruined on the reverse by our King's rather awful portrait!
So I will skip over this part and go straight to the technical stuff to save us looking at his ugly mug.
