I haven't been to Chili's for a MINUTE, but you have me thinking of going again...

What I have done since Blocktrades closed the exchange was to use Hive's V4W App, exchange my Hive for Bitcoin and send it to an exchange that has a BTC/USD pair.

This keeps the fees down. Simpleswap is another good way to do this as well.
