Starting Meditation Tomorrow - and Possibly October's Delayed Monthly Contests

That's the plan. I have to stick to it this time. Meditation has proven health benefits, so it's about time I begin. The only reason I'm not starting tonight is because I'll fall asleep in the process lol. So tomorrow it is. It'll be my second lifetime attempt. I'm optimistic about this.

I might also send out prizes for a contest tomorrow. I already delayed October's stuff quite enough. This time, I didn't rush myself and let my most important priorities come first, but it really is about time that I send this out. I'll be home early enough to do this without compromising anything other tasks.

I'll see whether I can make a $BTC purchase within the next several minutes - or maybe I'll try it in the morning. Hopefully the prices will drop a bit more.

Well, time to have some dinner and go to sleep.

It's good to see you returning to your rhythm. I am 1000% sure Meditation will greatly help, I would strongly recommend breathing Meditation(which means you have to observe your breathing in and out consciously, deeply), and second is Sound Meditation-- listening to the sound of silence(that is the typical sound of a Night, free from any external and mechanical noise).
