Assalamualaikum everyone, here is my fruit bowl in which I am eating different kinds of fruits. Fruits are so good for our health and I usually eat fruits now because they give us lots of benefits, and spicy and oily fruits, so I have decided to eat fruits in my snacks time.
In this bowl I am eating mangoes and banana or cheeku and watermelon i think Watermelon is zero calorie food and mango is my favourite food which I eat in summers. Mango is good for the heart diseases and watermelon makes our skin very glow because it contain 99 percent water. So eating eating fruits in our daily routine makes us healthier person in every shape.
I realised that eating junk food and spicy foods is not good for our health.
It makes us very unhealthy person in every shape, such as junk foods and spicy foods or oily foods, they can give us heart diseases, skin diseases and so many other diseases.
So maintain your diet and balance it always, because if you are a healthy person, you are a happiest person in the world. If you are unhealthy, then you are not happiest person. You ask for the help but it's not good. So always take care of your health by yourself .
So many people are like to eat fruits because they don't like their test and they eat junk foods because they like their test, but they actually don't know their benefits and their side effects on our health.
So eating food, we should always know what is its benefit and what is its side effects, and we also know how many calories we are eating in our lunch or eating in our breakfast or eating in our dinner. So it's very easy to maintain your diet and it's very difficult to manage it and balance it properly for the time. So it's not, I'm talking about one day or two days, I'm talking about the whole life. So think about that and take care of yourself as much as you can.
