Those egg rolls look delicious @bipolar95. And your recipe looks really easy with not a lot of ingredients, a perfect combination for me. I love egg rolls, especially the veggie egg roll. I didn't see any dipping sauce. I like sweet and sour, the commercial brand.

Ohhh the one with the veggies is fish roll we call it 😀 and we don't use dipping sauce for it... We use dipping sauce occasionally for samosa or spring rolls.
I like sweet and sour sauce too but it's usually home made 😉.
