Yeey, what's better than a hsbi?

Today we bought a 'too good to go box' once again. Although this time we 'only' received 4 items, it was even better as last time. Got 0,6 kg fish, 0,5kg meatballs, some pumpkin and some fruit. All of this for €5, (market value being near €30), definitely another good deal!

Was thinking of making a fish pappilot, will be in the oven though, but image it would be on a bbq... 🤤

I don't do too much fish... grew up inland, and it was never a big thing in our family... but now I'm going to go google "fish pappilot" ;-)

It probably isn't good English. In Flanders we call it fish papillot. I guess it comes from French.
In English it's 'fish in parchment' or is that rather a description than its name?
