In which country do you live if I may ask?
As you mentioned that you ordered the guiness alcohol free from the Netherlands, so my guess would be from somewhere in (western) Europe?

Food from a 'frituur' isn't that high-end kitchen but still a must check out whenever someone visits Belgium imo! :D
