There were lots of food that I have been tasted before from the dessert, viands, and most of the known food that I really, it is not that all of the food available that I know were tasted because there were some that I know but cannot be tasted because the place that we need to travel were far from my place.. I mean that maybe the food that I want to eat is not available in my place and needs to travel to different cities just to eat that food.
One example is that there was a different and weird kind of food in Iligan City, the name was Pan-q. Pan-q is a combination of bread (which is pan) and a barbecue. Well, the bread will be cut in half and then they will put sauce (something like a sauce of a barbecue) and then put the barbecue inside the bread.
It's one of the well known local food in Iligan city, in fact, when I was still a student, I went there just to try their famous local food there. The result? It was good and delicious because the outcome of the taste was reallly good and it's not just one menu of the pan-q, there were different variation like bread with intestine, bread with hotdog, and other things.
Well, thinking that food alone that I ate when I was still in college, that was years ago and I think it was more than ten years that I have tasted that kind of food, I want to crave that food. I may be able to try them once more if I will go to Iligan again and went to the place where they sell food.
Hmmm.. there were other kinds of food that I am craving in Iligan (because I am here now in my hometown) and that was the food that I was craving since the people or the local people were the ones that invented that food menu.
