I Snagged Another Deal

in Hive Gaming6 days ago

I was floating around the other day and came across this lot of games, and after a bit of haggling, I got the guy down to €35, which I was fairly happy about.

There are some great titles in this bundle, and they're all in great nick.

I went through inspecting them and they all come with their manuals, and many of them look as though they were opened yesterday.

One or two have very light wear, which is to be expected, but they're in working order.

I actually bought this because there were a few games here that I really wanted to play, and they had always flown under my radar.

One is The Getaway, which is a gritty gangster game. It's basically GTA set in London, and it's supposed to be a little bit more realistic and grounded. No idea what it's like as a game, but I always wanted to try it out.

Another is Spiderman 2, which I had played a bit of in a friend's house back in the day, but again, I never got around to playing as a kid.

Some of these I already own, so there is no need to hang onto them, and some I just want a quick go of, but am happy to list them immediately and hopefully get around to having a go of them before they go out.

There have been a bunch of times now I had the intention of actually playing a game, but sure enough, it sold before I got a chance. It's a weird feeling to be a bit disappointed about a sale.

I've sorted out a bit of space, and freed up some room in my office. Now, I have a bit more space to work with a store more stuff, but I need to shift some of the bigger items soon-ish.

In my experience, it's not a matter of (if) something will sell, but instead, it's about (when) it will. I haven't listed anything yet, but am hoping to get cracking either tomorrow evening, or Monday - as it's my next day off.

Are you sure it isn't just that you want to "test" all the games out by playing them before you sell them ? 😁

Increíble conexión

I played the absolute Hell out of MoH: Rising Sun back in the day. Such great memories!

Cool!
