Interesting fries!! here we have something similar called poutine . It is fries with gravy sauce and curd cheese. It is a Canadian traditional stuff!

        wow I just checked and yes it is same but with different name. The combination of Fries, sauce and cheese is fantastic but it should be hot served or else it won't give the same taste.
