Eating out is getting too expensive these days. All the prices of ingredients have gone up. I don’t like to eat at restaurant as they always put MSG and Rotdee in their cooking. It’s safer to cook your own food.
Yes, I am allergic to MSG too. If any restaurant uses MSG, it makes my throat feel very bitter when I wake up in the morning.
You should tell the cook : no MSG, no sugar, no Rotdee. I always tell them so! My food is always flat and tastes like nothing! 😂
