What makes the night perfect for some grilled? Of course is the weather and friends and family are free from work. As today I wanted to share with you one of the local Thai grilled restaurant which name Umami Chill Chill located at Pattaya. Yup you're right name Umami Chill Chill. Is really chill indeed.

This is the J&T warehouse. Which located just beside the restaurant. I had to use wide angle to get it due to is so long and huge.
Beside they provide charcoal grilled for you as well. And the heat is really extremely hot due to tones of red hot charcoal.
The main secret of all which is the mookata sauce I tell you. Seafood food sauce is the best for all. But also for your preferences.
Som Tum area is the special and most important in Thailand. Which you can only find it here but not other places.
Cooked food such as fried rice and fried chicken also offered over this section as well. But with Thai green curry too.
Seafood and meat zone are placed in tray for you. All is offer in buffet form and all you can eat.
Their grilled pan is thick which I like it the the reason of non sticky.
Got myself 2 squid for grilled. Man gotta stand a bit far due to heat.
Anyone is garlic lover like me here? Which almost every bites must go for it? Best with seafood sauce with garlic I must say. Glass noodle is also one of my favorite due to soaky for longer time it became soft lol.
Lastly I recommend the soup, no matter what you must have a try which the soup includes all the aroma from meat that you grilled and vege you cooked. Sweet Umami makes it flavorful.
