Today I want to share with you photos of the food I ate during the day. In one of my previous posts I said that I lost 17 kg β from 102 to 85. A month has passed since then, and now my weight has stabilized at 86 kg. Now I can afford unhealthy (fatty and sweet) food, but only once a week. And today is just that day!
Although the morning started quite correctly β with my favorite diet soup with chicken, greens and soybeans. It would seem that nothing foreshadowed trouble... But!
Indian trap
For lunch we went to our favorite market, but, as luck would have it, there were two stalls with healthy food there. As a result, we wandered into an Indian cafe. I decided to choose something relatively healthy: lamb with spinach, Rotti flatbread and masala tea.
But as soon as I tried this dish, I realized that my idea of ββ"healthy" was very different from reality... A huge amount of oil of unknown origin made me come to terms with the fact that today would be a full cheat meal! π
To be honest, visually this dish resembled dog shit... But it was incredibly tasty!
A burger that almost got 5 points
Since the day was going downhill, in the evening we decided to have a blast and went to a cafe that serves delicious steaks and burgers. I had already tried steaks, but we decided to order burgers for the first time.
My burger turned out to be simply amazing:
π Tender, juicy patty made from Australian beef
π A bun that was perfect in texture
π Additional blue cheese sauce
But there was one small fly in the ointment... The onions were not completely caramelized, and this is important for the taste! Because of this, my verdict is 4+ out of 5. If the onion was done perfectly, I would have given it a solid 5.
The final chord: chocolate bomb
But what is a cheat meal without dessert? We finished ourselves off with the chef's signature dessert - a chocolate bomb. This is:

π₯ Walnuts, adding texture
π₯ The perfect combination of hard and soft chocolate
We shared this dessert between three people, otherwise it would have been too tough even for a cheat meal.
Results of the day
This day turned out to be:

Three times more caloric than usual

Three times more expensive

But it brought a lot of pleasure!
Tomorrow morning I expect to see +500 grams on the scales, but it was worth it! π
