I went to Singapore awhile back for a pickleball tournament. I want to share two of the memorable restaurants that I tried while I was there.

This was a pan mee shop in a hawker area with a fairly decent line. My friend wanted to try it after searching that it was nearby and the restaurant got a Michilin guide award for three years.

The pan mee was delicious and it was a bit spicy. I liked th noodles they used. I'm not sure what it's called but it's a different type of noodles for pan mee apparently.

Next, I want to share Dumpling Darlings. This restaurant was in a busy street at night that is known for drinking. There seemed to be a lot of good places to eat around. We actually had to wait a bit before getting a seat! If it's not obvious from the name, this place is known for their dumplings so that's exactly what we ordered.

This was their original dumplings. They had many different flavor of dumplings but we only tried three.

If I recall correctly, this was the smoked duck flavor. It was my favorite flavor of the three dumplings we ordered.

This was their jajang pork noodles. I really liked this dish as well.

Finally, the desert dumpling. I forgot what was the filling but it was sweet.
Well that's all from me. Will try to post more eating out stuff.
