Nice. We have also started collecting Neem flowers from the tree at our house. We get the flowers that fall down. Clearing the dust and separating only the flowers is a big task. The ones that fall down are mostly the matured flowers.

Using the hand picking method is best to remove the dust. If we soak in water the flowers can get broken as it is very fragile. Yeah maybe it will also remove some medicinal properties.
