i love growing mustard greens. but, I must admit I never let them flower because I always harvest them before then. Something new to try!

You should grow from the different varieties. Because when you let your mustard greens blooming, it will be bitter in taste because they are already old, but yeah you can just eat the flowers not the leaves once they had flowers season.
