Love the cute little bottles 🙂 Our berry bushes aren't that productive yet so we eat whatever we get fresh of the bushes. So rookie question here... are you flavoring the liqueur with the berries or do the berries also ferment?

AT 80 PROOF, the berries are flavoring the Vodka. I made wine decades ago. I can say, it takes some time for fermentation, the berries don't have time in the 6 weeks or so.
