Feliz noche amigos de Be entrepreneur, se que no he estado muy activa por aquí pero las ventas han estado un poco bajas, pero está semana tuve una de esas clientas que siempre me salvan como digo yo. Y además es de las pocas clientas que son super atentas, confían mucho en mi y siempre tiene bellos mensajes una vez que le entrego su torta. A veces muchos clientes no lo saben pero nos salvan en muchas maneras y es que sabemos lo caro que está todo y una torta es un lujo y no una necesidad y es maravilloso ver cómo algunas personas nos tienen presentes y compran alguno de nuestros productos.
Happy night, friends of Be Entrepreneur. I know I haven't been very active here, but sales have been a little low. However, this week I had one of those clients who always saves me, as I say. She's also one of the few clients who is super attentive, trusts me a lot, and always has lovely messages once I deliver her cake. Sometimes many clients don't know it, but they save us in many ways. We know how expensive everything is, and a cake is a luxury, not a necessity. It's wonderful to see how some people remember us and buy one of our products.
En esta oportunidad la clienta quería una torta de chocolate húmedo, rellena con arequipe y la cobertura sería de crema de mantequilla. A veces no es fácil tomar fotos cuando estoy trabajando con las tortas pero me gusta tomar fotos para llevar un registro de como vamos haciendo la torta y también poder compartir con ustedes un poco de mi trabajo.
This time, the client wanted a moist chocolate cake filled with caramel and topped with buttercream. Sometimes it's not easy to take photos when I'm working on cakes, but I like to keep track of how the cake is coming together and also to share a bit of my work with you.
Está foto me hizo muy feliz pues últimamente he estado batallando bastante al cubrir las tortas con crema de mantequilla, pero el alisado de esta torta quedó bastante bien y voy a seguir trabajando para mejorar esto. Desde hace algún tiempo quiero hacer un curso para mejorar la crema de mantequilla que hago. Espero poder hacer este curso pronto.
This photo made me very happy because I've been struggling a lot lately with buttercream frosting, but the smoothing on this cake turned out pretty well, and I'm going to keep working on improving it. I've been wanting to take a course to improve my buttercream making for some time now. I hope to take this course soon.
Y si les digo la verdad me estresa tanto hacer estás tortas de meme cake, es que siento que me quedan feas. Pero en esta oportunidad estuve practicando antes de hacerlo en la torta para que quedara un poco mejor.
And if I'm honest, making these meme cakes stresses me out so much that I feel like they're ugly. But this time, I practiced before making the cake so it would turn out a little better.
Y una vez la torta estuvo lista tome algunas fotos para enviar a la clienta y para subir a mis redes sociales. De verdad que yo soy muy feliz con esta clienta. Es súper amable y siempre queda complacida con mi trabajo! Ojalá todos tuviéramos clientes tan maravillosos como está clienta. Que sin saberlo salvo mi semana y me hizo feliz.
And once the cake was ready, I took some photos to send to the client and to upload to my social media. I'm truly very happy with this client. She's super friendly and always pleased with my work! I wish we all had clients as wonderful as this one. Unbeknownst to me, she saved my week and made me happy.
