I don't think I have tried the Chicken Ramen Matah, but it does really look mouthwatering. It has different elements in a bowl; each ingredient adds flavor to the whole dish. It's been a long time since I last ate at an authentic Japanese restaurant. Each bowl of authentic ramen is a bit expensive but defintely worth it.
