RE: Taking Nadi out for the chef's special at Section 30 restaurant

That does look pretty amazing! Especially the bread! I am not a fan of cauliflower, but I do eat it on occasion. In this preparation it doesn't look too bad. Honestly, most of the spots over here are the same way. They have the exact same menu or at least a pretty close variation of it. Mexican and Chinese places especially, but even bars as you said focus on the same five burgers and ten sandwiches. In the past decade or so farm to table restaurants have become popular where they have a different menu each day based on what ingredients they are able to get their hands on. I haven't visited many of those yet though.

I really really don't like cauliflower either but when mixed with cream and bacon it is really good. The bread admittedly was a highlight.

I've already torn through all of the chef specials but I think the owner and the chef value my input so I told them they should keep doing soups and they are going to start doing a weekly soup special. I mean, why not? you can freeze it and it will last forever

I also told them that they could just sell all of the leftovers to me if they can't sell it. I love soup but it is rare over here for some reason. We have cambells in supermarkets but it is absurdly expensive
