looks amazing. That is so many ingredients that there is no way I would be able to do that. Do you cook just from memory or do you have a cookbook?

I don't have a cook book but I sometimes watch some cooking reels in social media like "Youtube and FB", and then memorizing how it was done. But sometimes I do cook with my own style. I love to experiment and explore some dishes for my family.
