You are like me when you find something you like you have no choice, but to support them hoping they will remain open. Next time try and do the sauce yourself and he may appreciate you showing him or maybe feel offended as I am ignorant of the local customs.

        This is a good idea. I'm confused about the throwing of the sauce all over the top of the bread. I mean, this guy is clearly trying to emulate a USA delicacy (lol), surely he has seen a movie with NYC street cart.
