RE: Vacation over, time to return to routine life and my best friend, Nadi

The biggest alarm clock for me is when they need to go outside because we keep them inside at night for fear of poisoning. Nadi has had a rough 6 months with you travelling lol.

Sort:

It has been the longest that I have been away from her in years. A few years back I left for 5 weeks to revisit family in the US and when I returned I think she had given up hope... the people watching her said she had started to refuse to eat and would just sleep and stare out the window all day.

when i did return it was the one and only time in her life that she peed everywhere with delight.

Sucks about the fear of poisoning. Do people do that to eliminate your "security" or just out of spite or hatred of dogs?

To eliminate your security. We even have dog school to train dogs to refuse food from anyone besides their owners. Shockingly cruel and why it s safer for dogs to sleep inside at night.

Wow man, the more I learn about where you live the more shockingly awful it sounds. This is probably why there are so many South Africans living here in Vietnam doing literally whatever it takes to not have to go back there.
